'07 Honda Odyssey

The fact that the 2007 Honda Odyssey continues the reputation of its lineage is not a matter of surprise, considering that the legacy of the Odyssey runs parallel to its platform – the much acclaimed Accord, also manufactured by Honda. The 2007 model year does not include too many additional features, except a few modifications in the driving interface.

The primary powertrain of the 2007 Odyssey comprises a 3.5-liter V6 engine that is capable of generating an excellent 244 horsepower. The transmission is still an automatic five-speed one. All the models of the 2007 Odyssey come with the front-wheel drive.

The first change in the 2007 Honda Odyssey is observed inside the cockpit. The steering wheel now has a telescoping and tilt feature. A tire-pressure monitoring mechanism is also added. Existing safety features include antiskid control and traction control features. The ABS is also provided in the 2007 make of the Odyssey.

The changes in the 2006 Honda Odyssey are very few and minor in their intensity when compared with the 2005 model. However, a few enhancements in the appearance of the EX-L trim level can be observed, the new steering wheel being an example.

Based on the much-acclaimed Honda Accord, the 2006 Odyssey has a 3.5-liter V6 engine that is capable of generating 244 horsepower at ease. The Variable Cylinder Management is still incorporated as one of the best feature deserving mention about this vehicle. The automatic transmission has five speed options.

Traction control is also provided in this vehicle. Anti-skid mechanism ensures the stability of handling of this vehicle on slippery and unreliable tracks. The ABS is also included.

'05 Honda Odyssey

The 2005 Honda Odyssey is a medium performance minivan manufactured by Honda. The 2005 Odyssey received a number of improvements in the styling of the vehicle, not to mention the inclusion of additional safety and stability features. With three rows of seats, accommodation is definitely one of the plus points about this vehicle.

The powertrain of the 2005 Honda Odyssey is identical for all the trim levels. The V6 engine included in the vehicle has a displacement capacity of 3.5 liters and can generate a massive horsepower of up to 255hp.
